Common questions

Do you send my application to a bank?

No. LoanWhale is a demo application. Applications stay inside the app and are never sent to a bank or lender.

Are my documents uploaded?

No. When you select a file, the app only reads its file name to show a "Received" confirmation. The file itself never leaves your device.

How do I cancel an application?

Open the Status tab, find the application, and tap Cancel Application.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email support@loanwhale.online from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your account and data, usually within 30 days.
